With Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif expressing "deep shock" over the killing of Hizbul poster boy Burhan Wani, Union minister Krishna Raj today said "those who are with terrorists speak in their favour".

"Some people have nothing else except expressing grief. Those who are with terrorists speak in their favour," she said.

Asked about the turmoil in Kashmir Valley following the killing of Wani by security forces on Friday, she said the Centre was keeping a close watch on the situation.

The minister also alleged the SP government in Uttar Pradesh failed to implement the schemes of the Centre properly.
