BJP has formed a three-member committee headed by Union Minister Nirmala Sitharaman to visit the flood-affected areas of Tamil Nadu and submit a report to party chief Amit Shah.
In a statement here, the party said that as per directions by Shah, the delegation will visit the flood-hit parts and submit its report to the party President.
The delegation will be headed by Minister of State for Commerce and Industry Sitharaman and has Union Minister of State for Road Transport, Highways and Shipping Pon Radhakrishnan and MP Gopal Chinayya Shetty as its other members, the statement added.
