Two members of a marriage party were killed and three injured today when a speeding car skidded from RDC flyover and fell down in Kavi Nagar area, police said.
The incident occurred at around 3 AM when the members were returning to Pratap Vihar where they had come to attend wedding of their relative from Hapur Chungi area, SHO Ashok Sisodia said.
The driver of the car, Vicky, lost control over the vehicle and it fell down after breaking the flyover railing, he said.
On receiving information, police reached the spot and rushed them to the nearby hospital where doctors declared Gaurav and Narendra brought dead while Naveen, Vishal and Vicky are undergoing treatment, he said.
The bodies have been sent for postmortem, the SHO said.
