Woman killed, 8 others injured in bus accident

A 65-year-old woman was killed and eight others were injured when their bus overturned at Kalibajar area in South district of West Bengal, a said.

The bus carrying Gangasagar pilgrims turned turtle while trying to overtake another vehicle, South District Y told

Sugiya Devi (65), a resident of Jharkhand's Palamu district, received multiple injuries in the accident and was rushed to a nearby hospital, where she was declared 'brought dead', he said.
