England head coach Trevor Bayliss has no intention of staying in the job, even if his side go on to win the World Cup and the Ashes.
Australian Bayliss, 56, is set to step down at the end of his current deal in September.
"I have always been a believer that four or five years is long enough, whether you are doing well or not," Bayliss told BBC radio.
"It is time for a new voice for the boys, to hopefully take them to another level."
Bayliss, though, knows his side still have work to do if they are to follow up their impressive eight-wicket victory over Australia with a win against New Zealand in the final at Lord's on Sunday.
"Four years ago after the last World Cup, which was not good for England, we set out and had planning to hopefully win the 2019 edition, and it feels great that now we have a chance to fulfil those dreams," he added.
"We had a chat in the changing room (at Edgbaston) afterwards and realised we have not won anything yet. There is going to be a lot of noise around .

Jair Bolsonaro is considering appointing his son Eduardo as ambassador to Washington, the Brazilian leader has revealed, citing the 35-year-old's friendship with the children of US President Donald Trump.

Brazil's Bolsonaro says may appoint son as US ambassador

A Tokyo-based cryptocurrency exchange said Friday it had halted all services after losing cryptocurrency worth more than USD 32 million in the latest apparent hack involving virtual money.
Remixpoint said its subsidiary BITPoint Japan discovered overnight that about 3.5 billion yen (USD 32.3 million) in various digital currencies had gone missing from its management.
The apparent hack was discovered after an error appeared in the firm's outgoing funds transfer system on Thursday night.
It said the cryptocurrency went missing from a so-called "hot wallet", which is connected to the internet, but that currency held in "cold wallets" that are offline was not affected.
BITPoint Japan handles various virtual currencies, including bitcoin, ethereum and ripple.
Remixpoint said the firm was still analysing the loss and offered no further details.

Four Britons have been arrested in an eastern China province, the British embassy said Friday, two days after Chinese police announced a drug bust there involving 16 foreigners.

Those arrested included seven foreign teachers and nine foreign students, police said.

Taiwan's former president Ma Ying-jeou was found not guilty in a political leaks case on Friday, a major legal victory for a politician facing a slew of lawsuits since leaving office.

UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres strongly condemned air strikes in northwest Syria following reports that four health facilities were hit during a single day of bombing.
An ambulance centre, a clinic and two hospitals including one in Maarat al Numan that is among the largest in the area were attacked on Wednesday, according to the Union of Medical Care and Relief Organizations, a Syrian doctors' group.
"Civilians and civilian infrastructure, including medical facilities, must be protected," said Guterres in a statement released by his spokesman on Thursday.

US President Donald Trump backed down Thursday on a push to force a controversial question on citizenship onto the 2020 census following a backlash by civil rights campaigners.

"We are pursuing a new option to ensure a complete and timely count of the non-citizen population," the president told a news conference at the White House.

Libya's internationally recognised government has demanded urgent answers after Paris conceded French missiles were found at a base used by strongman Khalifa Haftar whose forces are fighting to take over the capital Tripoli.
Foreign Minister Mohamad Tahar Siala has asked French counterpart Jean-Yves Le Drian to "urgently explain" how the missiles "reached Haftar's forces, when they were delivered and how", according to a ministry statement.
