Pratik Datta is associate director of research at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co, a leading Indian law firm. He has previously served as a Law Clerk to a sitting judge of the Supreme Court of India and has been a Fellow at the National Institute of Public Finance and Policy. He holds a B.A. LLB (Hons) from the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences and an M.Sc. in Law and Finance from the University of Oxford as a Chevening Weidenfeld Hoffmann scholar.
