Logistics services provider Delhivery on Friday posted consolidated net profit of ₹91.05 crore for the April-June quarter of the financial year 2025-26 (Q1FY26), up 67.41 per cent year-on-year (Y-o-Y) from ₹54.36 crore in the same quarter last year.

Delhivery’s revenue from operations rose 5.6 per cent Y-o-Y to ₹2,294 crore from ₹2,172 crore in Q1 FY25. Sequentially, the revenue increased 4.7 per cent from ₹2,192 crore in Q4 FY25.

"We’re pleased with the strong start to the financial year. The improved profitability as a result of operating at a higher scale reaffirms the inherent operating leverage linked efficiencies in our business. We look forward to the upcoming festive sale season with optimism”, said Sahil Barua, managing director and chief executive officer of Delhivery.

The firm reported earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (Ebitda) of ₹149 crore in the quarter, marking a 53 per cent increase from ₹97 crore in Q1 FY25, with Ebitda margin expanding to 6.5 per cent from 4.5 per cent.
The company also said that its shipment volumes grew 14 per cent to 208 million in Q1 FY26 from 183 million in Q1 FY25.  Delhivery’s Part Truck Load business recorded a 15 per cent Y-o-Y increase in tonnage during the first quarter of FY26, reaching 458,000 metric tonnes, up from 399,000 metric tonnes in the same period last year, the company said in a BSE filing.  The company also acquired rival Ecom Express in a ₹1,407 crore deal during the quarter. However, it said that the acquisition was completed on July 18, and therefore, the financial results for Q1 FY26 do not reflect any impact of the integration.   Shares of Delhivery closed at ₹429.85 apiece on the BSE on Friday.
