Aryan Shrivastav - Every difficulty is an opportunity to learn

Aryan Shrivastav, the founder and CEO of Bond Media, is a role model for the youth today.  Born in Patna, Bihar, he has seen doctors, engineers, bankers, lawyers and small scale businesses from there. But he always wanted to do something big and different, so he learned about digital marketing, worked on it with full devotion and then started his own company in 2017.

 Aryan has always been in the task of listening to problems and fixing them. He has always given very easy solutions to big problems and have taken it as a business idea. He also received offers from job sources but did not divert his attention even in bad times.

  

Today, he is 25 years old and doing a remarkably good job.  He has a customer base of some of the most popular brands and Bollywood celebrities. He still says that this is just the first step.

  

When asked about his inspiration, he told us: "Have you ever seen a hawk, a very attractive bird and a powerful one. Hawk's life story inspires me. He can see 8 times more than humans. Always flies gracefully in the high sky, but every moment pays attention to his diet.

When age passes and he gets old, he may not be able to hunt. He does not fly high, his beak becomes long and oblique, his nails and wings become long and flexible.

You know what he does? He goes to the mountains, builds a nest, he beats his beak to the stone, breaks his nails, breaks his wings, he suffers that ultimate torment so that when he comes back, he makes a fresh start. He can feel the same grand flight and power again.

      

I admire his story and learned that if there is passion and dedication, even a weak person can also become powerful and that kind of power comes only when you love your work and yourself. You have to face your own demons."

  

You don't just have to see the other's way of living. You should also know their sacrifice and dedication to their work. Before following them, it is important to know that you have as much passion as them.

  

The biggest thing you can learn from Aryan's life is that you have to work hard on yourself, do not expect that everyone will work like you. always love your work and dedicate yourself to it.
