Shubman Gill-led Gujarat Titans produced yet another quality performance at Ahmedabad to beat Sunrisers Hyderabad by 30 runs and jumped up to the number two spot in the points table with 14 points. Mumbai Indians (14 points) continue to lead the table thanks to their superior net run rate. Royal Challengers Bengaluru also have 14 points but are now ranked third due to the net run rate difference.

Punjab Kings (13 points) slipped down to the fourth spot, while Delhi Capitals (12 points), Lucknow Super Giants (10 points), and defending champions Kolkata Knight Riders (9 points) are the next three in the list.

 

Sunrisers Hyderabad (6 points), after the loss, have lost their opportunity to breach the 16-point mark and are now one loss away from joining Rajasthan Royals (6 points) and Chennai Super Kings (4 points) in the list of teams to miss out on the IPL 2025 playoffs.
