Adf Foods Ltd-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/05/2025 inter alia to consider and approve 1. the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March 2025 along with the Audit Report for the corresponding period; and 2. recommend Final Dividend on the Equity Shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2024-25 if any.
