Pursuant to provisions of Section 124(5) and (6) of the Companies Act 2013 read with Rule 6 of IEPF authority (Accounting Audit Transfer and Refund) Rules 2016 as amended from time to time dividend which has not been credited for seven consecutive years or more along with corresponding equity shares shall be transferred to IEPF. Accordingly the final dividend during the Financial Year 2017-18 which remained unclaimed for a period of seven years will become due to be transferred to IEPF on September 27 2025 along with corresponding shares.In this regards the company has published a notice in the Financial Express in English Language and Nafa Nuksan in Hindi Language informing the concerned shareholders regarding the ensuing transfer of final dividend and corresponding equity shares to IEPF as per provisions of Companies Act 2013 on June 07 2025
