Balaji Telefilms Limited has informed the Exchange regarding 'Order of Hon ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench ( NCLT) in relation to the Composite Scheme of Arrangement between ALT Digital Media Entertainment Limited (Transferor Company 1), Marinating Films Private Limited (Transferor Company 2) and Balaji Telefilms Limited (Transferee Company) and their respective Shareholders ( the Scheme ) under Sections 230-232 of the Companies Act, 2013 and applicable provisions and rules made thereunder'.
