Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail allots 24,133 equity shares under ESOS

Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail has allotted 24,133 equity shares under ESOS on 18 November 2024. Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company will increase from Rs 10,71,19,96,330 (1,07,11,99,633 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs 10/- each) to Rs 10,71,22,37,660 (1,07,12,23,766 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs 10/- each).
