Aavas Financiers allots 2,200 equity shares under ESOP

Aavas Financiers has allotted 2,200 equity shares under ESOP on 18 November 2024. The paid-up share capital of the Company has accordingly increased from Rs. 79,14,15,800 consisting of 7,91,41,580 equity shares having a face value of Rs.10/- each to Rs. 79,14,37,800 consisting of 7,91,43,780 equity shares having a face value of Rs.10/- each.
