Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail allots 3.28 lakh equity shares under ESOS

Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail has allotted 3,28,717 equity shares under ESOS on 23 September 2024. Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company will increase from Rs 10,70,83,41,640 (1,07,08,34,164 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs 10/- each) to Rs 10,71,16,28,810 (1,07,11,62,881 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs 10/- each).
