Axis Bank has allotted 397,952 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on 07 May 2025, pursuant to exercise of stock options / units under its ESOP / RSU Scheme.
The paid-up share capital of the Bank has accordingly increased from Rs. 6,195,890,718 (3,097,945,359 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 6,196,686,622 (3,098,343,311 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
