Indostar Capital Finance announces Rs 300 cr public issue of NCDs

Indostar Capital Finance has approved the public issue of secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures of face value of Rs 1,000 each (NCDs) for an amount aggregating up to Rs 150 crore (Base Limit) with a Green Shoe Option of up to Rs 150 crore aggregating up to Rs 300 crore (Issue). The issue opens on 06 September 2024 and closed on 19 September 2024.
