Sterling & Wilson Renewable Energy allots 26,974 equity shares under ESOP

Sterling & Wilson Renewable Energy has allotted 26,974 equity shares under ESOP on 20 February 2024. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 23,30,33,333/- consisting of 23,30,33,333 equity shares of Re. 1/- each to Rs. 23,30,60,307/- consisting of 23,30,60,307 equity shares of Re. 1/- each.
