Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations we wish to inform the Company has today i.e. June 10 2025 redeemed 4000 Series A - Non-Cumulative Non-Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares having a Face Value of Rs.100000 each at par aggregating to Rs.400 million out of the profits of the Company available for distribution.
