This is to inform that pursuant to Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Company is not required to submit Disclosure of Related Party Transactions for the Half Year ended 31st March 2025 as per Regulation 23(9) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.This non-applicability is effective from 01st April 2024 (F.Y. 2024-25).
