With reference to above mentioned subject please find enclosed herewith certificate received from RTA under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations 2018 for the quarter ended 31st December 2025

Pursuant to Companys Code to regulate monitor and report trading by insiders this is to inform that the trading window will be closed from January 01 2026 and shall be opened 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter ended December 31 2025.

We hereby inform that the Board of Directors at their Meeting held on 16th December 2025 have considered and approved the allotment of 2293400 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each issued at a premium of Rs. 110/- per share aggregating to Rs. 275208000/-.

The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Tuesday December 16 2025 has inter-alia considered and approved the Allotment of 2293400 (Twenty-Two Lakhs Ninety Three Thousand Four Hundred) Equity Shares of Rupees 10 (Rupees Ten only) each issued at a premium of INR 110/- (Rupees One Hundred Ten Only) per share aggregating to Rs. 275208000 /- (Rupees Twenty-Seven Crore Fifty-Two Lakhs Eight Thousand Only).
