Public issue of 76,79,410 equity shares of Rs. 10/-each for cash at a prie of Rs. 248 per equity share(including a share premium of Rs. 238 per equity share) aggregating to Rs. 190.45 Crores (The Issue) by BS Transcomm Limited (The Company or The Issuer). The issue will constitute 35.10% of the fully diluted post issue paid-up capital of the company.Issue price : Rs. 248 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each.The issue price is 24.8 times the face value.

Objective of issue

Part funding of phase I - expansion in Tower Mfg.. Funding of phase II - expansion in Tower Mfg.. Sett. up of backward intg. structural mill-phase I. To part finance margin money for Working Capital. To funde general corporate purposes.
