Initial public offer of upto 32,500,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each (Equity Shares) of Wapcos Limited (The Company) through an offer for sale by the president of india, acting through the ministry of jal shakti, Government of India (the Selling Shareholder) for cash at a price* of Rs. [*] crores (the Offer).Subject to receipt of necessary approvals from the government of india (GOI), up to [*] equity shares may be reserved for eligible employees (defined hereinafter) (the Employee Reservation Portion).
