Kohinoor Broadcasting Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Notice convening Annual General Meeting on September 30 2015 could not be issued in time therefore it has been decided to convene the AGM at a later date. <BR><BR>The Company has received approval from Registrar of Companies for extension of 2 months for convening the AGM. The AGM to be convened on 30th September 2015 stands cancelled. <BR><BR>The fresh date of AGM shall be intimated as per decision of the Board.
