With respect to above captioned subject Mr. Gaurav Jindal promoter of the company has sold some shares of the company in the open market.In this regard kindly find attached the requisite disclosure under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (SAST) Regulations 2011.We would like to bring into your notice that this disclosure is being filed on the basis of the Benpos data received by the company dated 24th March 2025. Mr. Gaurav Jindal has not provided the disclosures to the company as per the regulations and due to that exact date of sale of shares is not available with the Company.
