With respect to the above mentioned subject Mr. Gaurav Jindal promoter of the company has sold some shares of the company in Open Market.In this regard kindly find attached the requisite disclosure under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (SAST) Regulations 2011 as amended.We would like to bring into your notice that this disclosure is being filed on the basis of Benpos data received by the company dated 31st March 2025. Mr. Gaurav Jindal has not provided the disclosures to the company as per the regulations and due to that the exact date of sale of shares is not available with the company.
