Dear Sirs Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) we wish to inform that Mr. Girish Chandra Jha (PAN No. BXGPJ8623L) has resigned from the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Company at the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company held today i.e. Friday 24th October 2025. This resignation is due to personal & professional reasons from the closing of working hours on 24th October 2025. The Company appreciates the contribution made by Mr. Girish Chandra Jha during his tenure. The disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 is attached herewith as Annexure I. This is for your information and record.
