In compliance of Regulation 24A of SEBI LODR 2015 and following recommendation of Companys Audit Committee the Board approved appointment of Mr. Sachin Kumar Company Secretary (Membership No. A37957 and Certificate of Practice No. 14154) as Secretarial Auditors of the Company for period of five years to conduct Secretarial Audit of the Company for FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30 subject to necessary approvals including shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
