A copy of duly signed Audited Financial Results along with Audit Report and declaration in respect of Audit Report with unmodified opinion under Regulation 33(3)(d) of Listing Regulations is enclosed.2. Convening of 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company on Wednesday August 20 2025.3. Recommendation of dividend subject to approval of members @ 225% viz. INR 4.50 per fully paid up equity share of INR 2/- each for the financial year 2024-25. The dividend if declared at the ensuing AGM will be paid within 30 days from the date of AGM.4. Appointment of directors.
