NHPC Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/08/2025 inter alia to consider and approve In compliance to Regulation 29 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 it is to inform that Board Meeting of the Company is to be held on 12.08.2025 to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended on 30.06.2025. Further in pursuance to SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window has been closed from 01.07.2025 till 14.08.2025 (both days inclusive).
