The application filed by the Umesh Harjivandas Ved before the Honble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Ahmedabad Bench for ordering the liquidation of the corporate debtor M/s Oasis Textiles Limited was admitted and an order of liquidation and appointing the Umesh Harjivandas Ved as liquidator under Section 34(1) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 was passed on November 22 2017.<BR><BR>Copy of the order passed by the Hon?ble NCLT is attached.
