Aqua Logistics Ltd has informed BSE that by an order dated November 12, 203 passed by the Hon'ble Bombay High<BR>Court, the Company namely Aqua Logistics Limited was ordered to be wound up and the Official Liquidator attached to the Hon'ble High Court, Bombay has been appointed as Liquidator hereof with usual powers under the Companies Act, 1956.
