In pursuance of Regulation 30 and Regulation 33 of (SEBI) Regulations 2015 we are sending herewith the textual matter of Unaudiited Financial Results for the quarter/half year ended 30th September 2025 which is scheduled for publication in (i) Makkal Kural in Tamil (ii) Business Standard - in English. Please note that the results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by our Board of Directors at their meeting held on 11th November 2015.We also enclose a copy of the Limited Review Report of the Auditors of the Company as required under Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para B Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform that we have fully repaid and closed the following loan facility granted by Religare Finvest Ltd with the advance amount got from the proposed buyer of the property of the Company at Kannigaiper Village.Type of facility - Mortgage loanOriginal loan amount - Re. 5.05 croresDate of availing Loan - 30-09-2015Date of full repayment - 30-10-2025Reason for closure - Pre-payment- to reduce finance costImpact on the company (if any) - Reduction in finance cost.We confirm that all the outstanding dues related to this loan have been settled in full and we are in the process of obtaining No Due Certificate/Loan Closure Certificate and the original documents from the bank.
