Pursuant to Regulation 30(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 (SEBI LODR) read with Scchedule III of SEBI LODR we wish to inform you that the Liquidator of the Company has appointed M/s Kashyap Sikdar & Co. Chartered Accountants (FRN No. 016253N) as Statutoru Auditors of the Company w.e.f 13.01.2025 in order to fill the casual vacancy which arose following the resignation of previous Statutory Auditor of the Company viz. BGJC & Associates LLP. In compliance with the Provisions of SEBI LODR and SEBI Circular issued in this regard the particualrs of the Statutory Audiotr pursuant ot their appointment is enclosed hrewith in Annexure A.
