Considered and approved the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30 2025 along with Limited Review report thereon pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.2. Considered and approved listing the equity Shares of the Company on the Main Board Of National Stock Exchange Of India Limited which are currently listed on Main Board of BSE Limited.
