Further according to the second proviso to the Regulation 33(3)(d) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby declare that the Statutory Auditor of the Company M/s Kishor Gujar & Associates (FRN:-116747W) has issued the Audit Report with unmodified opinion on the Standalone unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the half year and Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the year ended on 31st March 2025.
