The Board Meeting to be held on 30/07/2025 has been revised to 12/08/2025 Further to our letter dated 23rd July2025 this is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors scheduled to be held on Wednesday the 30th July2025 is postponed and rescheduled to be held on Tuesday12th August 2025 at 2.00 P.M. at Chennai inter alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June2025 and Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors thereof.
