In continuation with the intimation dated 27th march 2025 with reference to the closure of Trading window for dealing in shares of the company we would like to inform that pursuant to SEBI(PIT) Regulation 2015 and Code of conduct for internal Procedures and to Regulate monitor and Report Trading by insiders as adopted by the Company the closure in trading window shall continue till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial results for the Quarter and Year ended 31st march 2025.
