Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors in its Meeting held on Friday 30th May 2025 at 3:00 P.M. through video conferencing inter-alia took the decision as attached including approval of the Annual Financial Result including copy of Cash Flow Statement and Statement of Assets & Liabilities along with declaration stating that the Auditors Reports are with unmodified opinion as per Regulation 33(3) (d) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 for the quarter and financial year ended on 31st March 2025.
