CMs committee holds 1st meeting for agriculture reforms

New Delhi, July 18 (ANI): The committee of Chief Ministers to reform agriculture held its first meeting on Thursday. Maharashtra's Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis -led CMs' panel. Different issues were put up in the meeting, as "How do we provide a dynamic electronic platform through eNAM (National Agriculture Market) to states, this will be pondered over. How do we increase investment in agriculture?" said Devendra Fadnavis in a press conference. CMs of Karnataka, Haryana, Arunachal Pradesh, Gujarat, UP and MP and Union Ministers of Agriculture, Rural Development and Panchayati Raj are members of the committee. The committee is to lay out a comprehensive time-bound roadmap for implementation of agriculture reforms by states.
