Chandigarh, Mar 23 (ANI): In view of deadly COVID-19, Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar on March 23 announced the lockdown in state with immediate effect. He informed that the essentials services will remain go on. A total of 415 positive cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in India as of today.
