Dead whale washed ashore at Mumbai's Juhu beach

Mumbai, Jan 29 (ANI): A 30 feet dead whale washed ashore on Mumbai's Juhu beach. The incident came into light after night joggers on the beach noticed the whale and informed officials. This incident comes just days after some whales were stranded along Tuticorin beach in Tamil Nadu. The whale when washed ashore was struggling to survive, but later died. Mass beaching has baffled for a long time and whales, which are known to swim in large social groups, many times follow a 'disoriented' leader and get beached.
