India's first visually impaired IAS takes charge as Sub Collector

Thiruvananthapuram (Kerala), Oct 14 (ANI): India's first visually impaired woman IAS officer took charge as Sub Collector. Pranjal Patil took charge as Sub Collector of Thiruvananthapuram. She was received by officials at collector's office.
