Kota: BJP councilor arrested for thrashing engineer

Kota, Mar 05 (ANI): Bharatiya Janta Party ward member of Rangbadi area and nephew of BJP MLA Phralad Gunjal Om Gunjal was arrested and sent to 15-day judicial custody after he allegedly thrashed a junior engineer of Jaipur Vidut Vitran Nigam Limited (JVVNL) in Mahavir Nagar area of Kota in Rajasthan. The junior engineer suffered from a broken arm after he was thrashed by Gunjal, following which he registered a complaint at the Mahavir Nagar police station. The police have filed a case against Gunjal on the charges of obstruction of government work and violence.
