Manmohan Singh cast his vote in Assam's Dispur

Dispur (Assam) Apr 23 (ANI): Former prime minister Manmohan Singh on Tuesday cast his vote in the third phase of the general election at polling booth number 277 in Assam's Dispur. Voting for the third phase of Lok Sabha elections is underway for 116 parliamentary constituencies. 28.64% of voting was recorded in Assam till 12 pm.
