Mass Leave is a clear 'conspiracy': Satyendra Jain

New Delhi, Dec 31 (ANI): Delhi Home Minister Satyendra Jain on Thursday said that the mass leave of bureaucrats is a clear conspiracy and if the officers had grievances they should have gone to the Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and not to the Lieutenant General(LG) Najeeb Jung. He also said that the LG has the power to put stay on some orders, but a blanket order saying no order of Delhi Government is to be seen through, won't be followed, and that the LG should have passed a written order.
