People violate lockdown rules, queue outside banks without maintaining social distance

Muzaffarpur (Bihar)/ Midnapore (WB), Apr 14 (ANI): Amid increasing cases of COVID-19 in the country, some people are still not following lockdown and violating the rules by coming out from their houses. Same incidents have been recorded in Bihar's Muzaffarpur and West Bengal's Midnapore where people violated the lockdown to withdraw money from the banks. Bihar has recorded 64 positive cases of COVID-19 where as West Bengal has recorded 152 cases till now.
