Kuala Lumpur, Nov 21 (ANI): Secretary (East) in the Ministry of External Affairs Anil Wadhwa on Saturday said that China's attention on innovation matched with 'Digital India' and 'Startup India'. Prime Minister Modi congratulated Malaysia for organising the 13th ASEAN Summit. Modi insisted India and ASEAN are natural partners.
