PM Modi tours Google HQ with CEO Sundar Pichai

California, Sep 28 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi was given a thorough tour of Googleplex, the home of the search engine giant Google by its Chennai-born CEO Sundar Pichai in California's Mountain View. During his tour of the company, the Prime Minister was given a view of Project Iris- a smart lens that measures glucose levels. Following that, Pichai explained navigational, safety and other uses of Street View and Google Earth to the Prime Minister. The Prime Minister was also joined by Chairman Eric Schmidt and Google co-founder Larry Page in the tour of the headquarters. In wake of PM Modi's visit to Google, Chef Irfan Dama had recreated Indian flavours with samosa, chana and jalebi on menu. Earlier, Prime Minister Modi visited Facebook's headquarters in Menlo Park and answered questions from some of Facebook's 1.5 billion users at the Townhall. He also wrote a special message in Gujarati 'Ahimsa is the greatest Dharma, Satyameva Jayate' on the wall of Facebook Headquarters.
