The Meeting of Board of Directors was held on Monday 31st July 2023 at 03:30 p.m. The Board of Directors discussed and/or approved the following: 1. The Board considered and approved Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2023 as per Regulation 33 (3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
